PokerSnowie upgrades to Amazon Web Services!

The demand for PokerSnowie has grown to such a point that our current infrastructure in Malta was no longer able to cope in terms of connectivity and system resources, so after a lot of careful consideration we decided it was time for an upgrade.

We have therefore made quite an investment in the past few months in order to update our infrastructure and make it more modern, scalable and better connected to the rest of the world.

So we're thrilled to announce that PokerSnowie's infrastructure is now supported by arguably one of the most successful business platforms on the planet: Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We decided to go with AWS, after reviewing the various options, because of their reputation as one of the most reliable service providers in the world. Amazon Web Services offer us much better tools to deal with our exponentially increasing customer base, which means as we continue to grow, you'll still get a top-notch service in terms of speed, connectivity, reliability and security.

And with the power behind Amazon.com driving us, we'll be able to focus on bringing you more great software developments like our recent iOS and Android mobile apps: we've got plans to add several great new features to PokerSnowie desktop version over the coming months so look out for that!

After all our efforts, it's fantastic to see PokerSnowie getting such a great reception and growing beyond even our own expectations and we're sure our members will be just as excited by this news as we are.
