Top pair top kicker facig a raise on the river

From the cut off, you defended pre flop with AQ against a raise from under the gun. You flopped top pair on AT8 two tones and you called the continuation bet. The turn brought a possible flush with a 4 and was checked. A king landed on the river, and now your opponent is betting pot. What shall you do with top pair top kicker in that situation? Four options: raise all in for value, call, fold or raise all in as a bluff?
